• Uploaded Files: Stored in Amazon S3 with secure access controls
• Document Embeddings: Stored in Pinecone vector database, isolated by user namespace
• Processing: Files are processed using AWS Lambda, Textract (for OCR), and SQS queuing

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to provide our platform. Each service has its own privacy policy:

• Google OAuth: For secure authentication
• OpenAI: For AI completions, embeddings, and chat functionality. Note: Content sent to OpenAI may be used to improve their models unless you opt out through OpenAI's own data controls
• Cohere: For content reranking and relevance scoring
• Stripe: For secure payment processing
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): For file storage (S3), document processing (Textract), and hosting (Lambda)
• Pinecone: For vector embeddings storage
• Neon: For database hosting
• Google Analytics: For usage analytics and platform improvement

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any other third parties for marketing purposes.
